Right of Withdrawal within the EU
For orders within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with any tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Issues Upon Delivery
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours at info@bedbreeze.com. We will carefully assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
In addition to your legal right of withdrawal, we offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. You may request a return within 90 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered—lightly or never used, free from dust or dirt, and in its original packaging, including all parts and the manual. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Returns must be sent within the 90-day window; otherwise, they will not be accepted.
Returns are only valid if they have been registered in advance via info@bedbreeze.com. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Important Conditions
If a (partial) refund has already been issued for your order, you can no longer initiate a return. Refund requests based on finding a cheaper alternative elsewhere are not accepted. We invest in quality, service, and customer satisfaction, and therefore cannot accept returns based on after-the-fact price comparisons.
Returns that are missing original packaging, components, or the manual will be considered incomplete. In such cases, a 25% handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This also applies to products returned with dust or dirt in the container or filter, as additional cleaning is required. Returns that show signs of misuse or insufficient maintenance will not be accepted. If an exchange has already been initiated, the right to a refund and/or return is forfeited.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, feel free to contact us.
