Order Cancellation
Please note: Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel it because processing begins immediately. However, once your order is delivered, you can contact our support team to initiate a return. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund!
Priority + Insured Shipping
If you selected insured shipping, you are eligible to have your order re-shipped or refunded if it gets lost in transit.
For orders with "free shipping" or "priority processing," we will re-ship your package if it is lost during transit.
LOST / MISSING PACKAGES
BEDBREEZE is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided during checkout. Please ensure that your billing and shipping information is accurate before placing your order. If the error is on our part, we take full responsibility and will re-ship your order free of charge.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and that you may be charged customs duties upon arrival in your country.
SHIPPING TIME
Average shipping time is 6–10 business days.
Note: This does not include the processing time of 1–2 business days.
All shipping times exclude delays.
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please note that tracking may not be available during the processing time.
MY TRACKING SAYS: "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME"
Some shipping carriers take 2–5 business days to update tracking information in their system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no tracking info, please contact us.
