Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
- Cooling-off period: The period within which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal;
- Consumer: A natural person not acting in the exercise of a profession or business who enters into a distance agreement with the trader;
- Continuous agreement: A distance agreement relating to a series of products or services for which the obligations are spread over time;
- Right of withdrawal: The consumer’s right to withdraw from the distance agreement within the cooling-off period;
- Trader: The natural or legal person offering products or services remotely to consumers;
- Distance agreement: An agreement concluded between the trader and the consumer using remote communication technologies;
- CESOP: The Central Electronic System of Payment information introduced by the EU to monitor payment service providers.

Article 3 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from the trader and to every distance agreement concluded. The terms will be made available electronically or otherwise before the agreement is concluded.
Article 4 – The Offer
- Offers are non-binding. The trader reserves the right to modify offers.
- The offer clearly states the total costs, including shipping fees, customs duties, and any additional charges imposed by postal or courier services.
Article 5 – The Agreement
The agreement is concluded once the consumer accepts the offer and meets the stipulated conditions. The trader confirms acceptance by email without delay.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
- Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product without providing any reason.
- Return shipping costs are the consumer’s responsibility when exercising the right of withdrawal.
Article 7 – Costs Upon Withdrawal
The trader will refund payments within 14 days of withdrawal, provided the product is returned in its original condition.
Article 8 – Customs and VAT Regulation
1. The customer is solely responsible for complying with all legal obligations related to the import of goods into the country of delivery, including but not limited to the payment of import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
2. The trader does not act as the importer of the goods on behalf of the customer.
3. The customer is responsible for complying with local laws and regulations regarding the import and use of the purchased goods.
4. Any additional charges incurred during customs processing, including administrative fees from postal or courier services, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. The trader provides the necessary shipping documentation but does not guarantee compliance with local import regulations. Customers are advised to check import requirements before placing an order.
Article 9 – CESOP Compliance
As of 2024, payment service providers are required to report transaction data to the CESOP system (Central Electronic System of Payment Information) under EU regulations. The trader complies with this regulation, which may impact the monitoring and reporting of payments.
Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty
- The trader guarantees that the products conform to the agreement and legal requirements.
- Complaints about defects must be submitted in writing within 14 days.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
Article 11 – Delivery
- Orders are delivered within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
- In case of delays, the trader will inform the consumer within 14 days of the order date.
- Orders are shipped under terms that designate the customer as the recipient and responsible party for all import-related processes.
- The trader ensures a shipping process in line with international shipping rules but is not responsible for delays or customs-related issues.
- Failure by the customer to fulfill import obligations is not grounds for cancellation or refund of the order.
Article 12 – Complaints Procedure
- Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of discovery.
- The trader will respond within 14 days. If more time is needed, an estimated timeframe will be provided.
Article 13 – Disputes
These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes should preferably be resolved amicably. If necessary, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
